02How We Handle Client Source Code & Test Artifacts

We enforce strict data segregation and handling protocols for all client engineering artifacts:

• Zero Repository Cloning onto Personal Devices: Test script development and manual exploration take place on isolated, encrypted development workstations or secure browser sandboxes.
• No Public Sharing: Test deliverables, bug screenshots, network traces, and Loom walkthrough videos are accessible exclusively to your authorized engineering team via private links or direct transfer.
• Credential Expiration & Purging: Staging access credentials and temporary test accounts are permanently purged from our password management vaults within thirty (30) days of project handover.
• No Model Training: We do not feed your proprietary application code, business logic, or defect logs into public LLMs or machine learning training pipelines.

03Legal Basis & Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

We process your inquiry data to deliver the requested QA audit reports, fulfill contracted testing deliverables, and communicate technical findings.

Every preliminary audit request is processed under an automatic mutual confidentiality obligation. For formal engagements, we countersign your company's standard bilateral NDA or execute our comprehensive Software QA Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving any staging access or API specifications.

04Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We never sell, lease, or monetize client data. We disclose information only to vetted infrastructure service providers who support our core operations, subject to strict confidentiality agreements:

• Cloud hosting and deployment infrastructure (Vercel, AWS).
• Secure transactional email delivery services for sending audit reports.
• Device cloud testing platforms (e.g., BrowserStack, LambdaTest) used strictly to run automated regression executions without retaining persistent client data.

05Compliance with Applicable Data Protection Laws

Ziara QA Labs adheres to applicable data privacy principles, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and, where applicable to international clients, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to request access to your contact information, request correction of any inaccurate data, or request the immediate deletion of your test artifacts and audit submission records by emailing our team.

06Data Retention

Audit reports and client communications are retained for twelve (12) months for historical reference and warranty verification, after which they are archived or permanently erased unless ongoing support retainers require continuity.
