Software Quality Assurance (QA) is an empirical investigative process designed to discover defects, measure quality risks, and validate functionality against specified acceptance criteria. In computer science and quality engineering, it is universally recognized that testing can demonstrate the presence of software defects, but cannot prove their complete absence.
01No Zero-Defect or 100% Bug-Free Guarantee
Ziara QA Labs, its parent entity Ziara TechQ Labs, its contractors, and engineers explicitly disclaim any express, implied, or statutory representation or warranty that:
- Any software application, mobile app, API, or system tested by our team will be 100% bug-free, error-free, crash-free, or uninterrupted.
- All defects, vulnerabilities, memory leaks, concurrency races, or edge cases present in your software will be identified or caught during any test cycle.
- Software audited or tested by our team will comply with all industry regulations, PCI-DSS requirements, HIPAA standards, or accessibility mandates unless specifically contracted under a formal compliance audit charter.
- Automated test scripts (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) will run without failure in future environments if your application UI, DOM hierarchy, or external APIs undergo unannounced alterations.
02Client Sole Authority on Deployments & Production Releases
Release Authorization Remains 100% With the Client
Ziara QA Labs provides technical bug reports, defect logs, test coverage metrics, and risk assessments strictly in an advisory capacity. The final business decision to deploy code, ship releases to app stores, push updates to production servers, or go live rests exclusively with you (the Client).
Ziara QA Labs shall not be held liable or responsible for any commercial losses, user churn, app store rejections, downtime, chargebacks, or reputational damage resulting from your decision to deploy or release software.
03Staging vs. Production Environment Variations
Software testing is typically performed in dedicated staging, UAT, or emulator/device cloud environments. Differences between test environments and live production environments can produce varying behavior, including:
- Differences in server hardware, memory, CPU limits, or database clustering.
- Network latency, DNS propagation delays, CDN caching policies, or rate-limiting thresholds.
- Third-party API behavior (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Google Maps, OAuth providers) operating under sandbox vs. live keys.
- Device-specific hardware fragmentation across thousands of distinct Android OEM skins and battery-optimization algorithms.
Ziara QA Labs is not responsible for defects that manifest exclusively in production due to environmental, architectural, configuration, or load discrepancies not present in the agreed testing environment.
04Free Initial QA Assessment Disclaimer
Our promotional or introductory Free Initial QA Assessment is provided strictly as a high-level informational snapshot of observable quality friction points in one core user flow, subject to weekly capacity limits (up to 3 applications per week).
- Free audits are provided "as-is" without any fee, contract, or warranty of any kind.
- Our team audits public user flows and typical edge cases; the resulting report does not represent an exhaustive security penetration test or formal compliance certification.
- We make no representations regarding the commercial impact, financial return, or completeness of the findings.
05Online Tools & Public Utilities
Free developer utilities hosted on our website (including QA Fake API, mock REST endpoints, Cypress recorder extensions, or UI bug detectors) are provided free of charge as public development utilities:
- We make no uptime or availability SLA for public mock servers or sandbox endpoints.
- Users must not store sensitive, confidential, or proprietary data in public mock endpoints.
- We reserve the right to throttle, modify, or discontinue public endpoints at any time without notice.
06Limitation of Liability & Legal Remedy
Under no circumstances shall Ziara QA Labs, Ziara TechQ Labs, its founders, or contractors be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, reports, or test frameworks.
